About us

A small crew that treats your house like a neighbor's.

Pasco Handyman is a hands-on repair and maintenance company built around a simple idea: homeowners deserve a tradesperson who answers the phone, quotes honestly, and finishes what they started.

Our story

Built one referral at a time

We started with a single van, a ladder rack and a short list of neighbors who needed rotted trim replaced before hurricane season. Word travelled the way it does in Pasco County — over fences and in group chats.

Today we run a small team of finish-trade generalists: painters who can also hang drywall, carpenters who can also set tile, and an electrician for the work that needs one. That mix is why we can knock out a whole punch list in one visit instead of three.

We deliberately stay small. It keeps the same faces on your driveway and keeps our standards where our name is.

What people say afterwards

One price, in writing

You get a flat price per task before work starts. If we find something unexpected, we stop and talk to you first.

We show up when we say

Two-hour arrival windows and a text when we’re on the way. If we’re running late, you hear it from us.

One point of contact

The person who quotes your job is on site for it. No call center, no rotating subcontractors.

Licensed and insured

Full liability coverage, and electrical work done to code — certificates available on request.

Standards

The details that outlast the invoice

Prep before paint. Caulk, sand and prime — the step most crews skip is where Florida weather wins.

Moisture handled first. We find the source before patching drywall or replacing rotted wood.

Clean exit. Floors covered, dust contained, debris hauled out the same day.
